NZ-wide Services
Youthline supports young people throughout Aotearoa New Zealand. We have been providing support to Kiwis aged between 12-24 years for more than 50 years.
We offer specialist clinical services, ongoing peer support groups, educational resources, and immediate help via our free 24/7 national 0800 ANXIETY Helpline.
Aoake te Rā provides free, therapeutic support to people and whānau who have been impacted by suicide bereavement.
The service is available to all ages, at any stage after bereavement, and is available face to face, online, or by phone.
Lifeline Aotearoa has been helping New Zealanders in distress and crisis for over 60 years.
Calls to our helplines are free and confidential. We receive no government funding for these helplines and rely on public donations.
1737 is a free, confidential helpline in New Zealand, powered by Whakarongorau Aotearoa / New Zealand Telehealth Services and funded by Health New Zealand. Available 24/7, it offers support, advice, and information from trained counsellors.
