What we do.

What we do.

Real Talk. Real Tools.
Real Support.

We exist to create a space and an opening for rangatahi to learn and speak openly about mental health. Our mission is to provide a preventative approach to well-being by facilitating practical and activities-based programmes that are aimed at improving the overwhelming statistics of mental health issues and suicide within Aotearoa.

Wāhi aims to interact with whanau and rangatahi as they walk their journey, equipping them with the skills and tools needed to navigate challenges. We believe each different service has a part to play in supporting hauora in our communities.

“All Goods?” Is a common question or response we get from our mates when we check in on them, but sometimes we wonder, are they, or are we actually “all goods?”

Using this language we wanted to create a check in tool that would first help us to recognise where we’re at and what we are feeling and secondly explore some healthy tools that can help us to overcome some of those tricky feelings.
